Heiler’s situation

Heiler offer a hosted software platform that offers a variety of functions for their clients. Their e-procurement capability enables a business to conduct all their purchasing from one location, allowing businesses to standardise the process with an approved provider.

When Heiler secured the NSW Departments of Finance and Education as a client, additional security and the highest levels of service were requested, something that Heiler wanted to grant their new client.
